12-16-25: According to Yahoo Finance today, analysts have more confidence in Roku than insiders. Raising my alert from $112 to $115 for now.
11-14-25: A lot of insider sales this month, and the chart for the last three years looks like a heart monitor on Grey’s Anatomy. Have they run out of revenue pivots, or is there some more bounce left in the stock? Setting alerts for $100 and $60 while I wait and see.
03-06-25: Still don’t like the chart, and while I find the ads on the device tres annoying, I can see a profit margin there. Watching closely, which is so not CLI 🙁
12-18-23: The best investment advice my wife’s grandfather gave me is to buy the stock of companies that you are a customer of. There are some caveats to that, though I can honestly say that if I had consistently done that when I first started being a customer the average return would be better than any other strategy I have used. I didn’t buy Roku when I first started using them, or even when I first started wanting one (I’m addicted to bargain hunting, so there will always be a gap between the two). Had I done so, I would have done much better.
I’m not to fond of the current roller-coaster chart, especially given my current position, but I still like their product and will stick with them a while longer.
