Made a few bucks with this one before commercial real estate died. Now the dividends are taxed and some brokerages (Merrill Lynch) won’t let reinvest the dividends. If you have beaucoup bucks and a time (or an accountant), this is still a money maker. For a Cheap, Lazy Investor, I have set alert at $16 and $20 to either get more or get out.
