In the Americas the three largest economies are the US, Canada, and Brazil. In the first economic depression of this century, smart money went south. The long term chart shows that the last political situation in the US similar to now brought Brazil up. History doesn’t always repeat, but some patterns do. My JStock drop watch tripped today, but I’m going to wait for a further slip to $24 to think about this one again.
